National Family Week 2009
The theme for this year is :
'Jump Into Family Fun'
Many Rivers , with support from Partners for Children and the Whole Child Program, will once again be organizing an array of fun and family oriented activities for National Family Week, October 5th to 11th. We will try to keep you up to date on activities planned for your area.

National Family Week has been celebrated since 1985 when it was proclaimed an official week by the Government of Canada. It is always a week before Thanksgiving, which is a time of family togetherness. The Yukon Government and City of Whitehorse have also proclaimed this an official week.
